Hostility and assault are at the final of the continuum. These are typically very harmful behaviours that men and women inflict on themselves and on others, whether it be physical, psychological or maybe both.

As a man or woman who undergoes the continuum, his or her emotions get progressively more serious, and he or she loses the capability to think rationally and behave reasonably. The inability to manipulate one’s actions could end up in destructive behaviour that leads to serious consequences.

You want to be able to deal with this.  You don’t want to become aggressive and hurt people. You don’t want to get numb either. You only wish to deal with anger correctly.

So how do you achieve that when you never realize the know how which have been known to aid one manage their anger? Undergoing anger management is often a procedure that can assist you. The best thing that one could complete is talk to a counsellor.
